TUNE has provided onsite support since 2024, delivering comprehensive Commissioning and QA/QC services for a new 80-megawatt hyperscale co-location data center campus in Arizona. Our scope included full Level 4 and 5 commissioning for Data Hall 1, as well as Level 2 through Level 5 commissioning for Data Hall 2, ensuring that all mission-critical systems were validated to meet stringent reliability and performance requirements.
Our team provided third-party QA/QC oversight and commissioning across all MEP assets on site, including pre-functional inspections and functional performance testing of medium-voltage switchgear, power distribution equipment, fire and life-safety systems, as well as both water-cooled and DX-cooled mechanical systems. Services also included the commissioning of replacement systems and verification of all associated control logic, alarms, and monitoring points. Through disciplined testing, documentation, and system validation, we ensured the facility launched with optimized operations, resilient infrastructure, and full compliance with the owner’s technical standards.
