TUNE Facilities has provided onsite support since 2008, delivering comprehensive commissioning, QA/QC, and ongoing technical oversight for this 80–120 MW hyperscale data center campus. The program encompasses both new construction and retrofitted critical facilities, necessitating the coordinated verification of complex, high-capacity MEP infrastructure.
Our team provides Level 2–Level 3 commissioning and independent third-party quality control across all MEP systems, including pre-functional inspections and complete functional performance testing of medium-voltage switchgear, power distribution equipment, fire and life safety systems, and water- and DX-cooled mechanical systems. This rigorous approach ensures every component meets hyperscale performance criteria, reliability benchmarks, and full operational readiness. This project demonstrates TUNE’s proven capability in mission-critical commissioning and quality assurance, supporting clients with resilient, efficient, and scalable infrastructure across large-capacity hyperscale environments.
