TUNE Facilities has been on-site since 2024, providing ongoing commissioning and QA/QC services for this 80 MW hyperscale data center campus. The program spans both new construction and retrofit environments across 250,000 SF of critical data center space, where TUNE delivers Level 2–Level 3 commissioning in conjunction with third-party quality control of all MEP infrastructure.
Our team performs detailed pre-functional inspections and comprehensive functional testing of medium-voltage switchgear, power distribution systems, fire and life safety infrastructure, and water- and DX-cooled mechanical systems. By ensuring rigorous QA/QC and commissioning standards, TUNE validated that all infrastructure met operational performance requirements, reliability benchmarks, and client-specific criteria for high-capacity, hyperscale operations.
