TUNE Facilities has provided onsite support since 2024, delivering comprehensive commissioning and QA/QC services for an 80 MW hyperscale data center campus in Texas. Spanning 250,000 SF of critical data center space, the project included both new construction and retrofitted facilities. Our team executed Level 2 and Level 3 commissioning, along with third-party quality control, ensuring that all MEP assets met the highest operational standards. Services included pre-functional inspections and functional testing of medium voltage switchgear, power distribution, fire/life safety systems, and both water- and DX-cooled systems.
