This high-performance data center project was fully commissioned to deliver exceptional reliability, security, and scalability from day one. The facility launched with four raised-floor suites and the infrastructure to expand to eight, all built to withstand extreme conditions and support demanding operational needs.

Our commissioning team validated every critical system—from life safety and security to power and cooling—to ensure seamless, uninterrupted performance. The facility features advanced fire protection, a 24/7 bullet-resistant security station, and fully verified systems designed to support HIPAA, GLBA, Sarbanes-Oxley, PCI, and NIST requirements. Third-party certifications, including SAS 70 Type II and PCIDSS compliance, further reinforce its commitment to secure data operations.

Reliable, redundant power was a key focus of the commissioning process. Each suite is supported by dedicated UPS capacity, backed by a robust catcher-bus system, dual utility feeds, and a scalable 6.5MW generator plant—all tested to ensure continuous uptime. The high-efficiency chilled-water system, designed with N+1 redundancy and free-cooling capability, was fully commissioned to deliver consistent, energy-smart performance.
