TUNE Facilities has supported this hyperscale data center campus since 2019, delivering commissioning, QA/QC, and project management services across multiple 60 MW and 80 MW hyperscale expansions. The campus includes both new construction and retrofit programs, each requiring continuous coordination, system validation, and adherence to stringent hyperscale performance standards.
Our team provides Level 2–Level 3 commissioning and independent third-party quality control for all MEP assets on site. This includes detailed pre-functional inspections and complete functional performance testing of medium-voltage switchgear, power distribution equipment, fire and life safety systems, and water- and DX-cooled mechanical systems. Through disciplined execution and long-term onsite involvement, TUNE ensures all infrastructure meets the client’s operational criteria, reliability benchmarks, and long-term scalability requirements for mission-critical hyperscale operations.
